Why the resigned employee is still able to log in to the ePortal? (Sage ePortal)



One of the employee who just resigned with the Cessation Date inserted to the EPE. But why he/she still able to log in to the ePortal?


The employment status of ePortal is control by ePortal ADMIN. As the employee has resigned, he/she is no longer able to apply leave.

He/she can only insert the outstanding claim items to the ePortal.

To inactivate the resigned employee record:

  1. Log in the ePortal as ADMIN.
  2. Go to User Management → Manage User → Look for the resigned employee record
  3. Change the Employee status from Active to Inactive → Update.
