HOW TO CREATE PROJECT

Project to be used in the transactions such as Sales, Purchases and General Journal. User can store the project information and use it during transaction. Reports will be available to filter by Project as well.

Step 1:  Go to Projects on the tree menuà Projects menu will appear on the screen.


Step 2: Go to Projectsà Add Project.


Step 3:  Fill in Project Name.


Step 4:  Click on each of the Ribbon to fill in the appropriate details for the Project:


Project:

·       Fill in appropriate Start Date and End Date.

·       Fill in Balance Forward if any.


Additional Info:

·       Fill in appropriate informationà Save and Close

Tick on Inactive project if the project is inactive.
