Steps on Customer Zone

Sage One Accounting provides Customer Zone where the customer of your business can view their invoices or account history transaction online by clicking on the link given in their email.


Enable Customer Zone

Step 1: Go to Company à Change Company Settingà Company Detailsà  Customer Zone

Step 2: Tick to Enable your Accounting Customer Zone. 

Step 3: Choose one of the options: Invoices and Quotes Only / Invoices and Account History à Save

Setup Customer

Step 1: Go to Customerà  Set the email, Tick on Allow this customer to view Invoices Online and Statement Distribution set to Email.

Distributes Invoices/Quotes/Statement through email

Step 1: Sent Statement / Invoice to Customer by clicking on email.

Step 2: Customer will get the Invoice/ Statement to their email together with a link that will bring them to their customer zone. They can access their customer zone by clicking on the link.

Customer Zone

The customer zone will have the list of items that customer can access as below:
