Steps on Cash Transaction Process

CASH TRANSACTION

To create a cash transaction, user can directly use the Banking Module. Spending and Receiving money for cash like daily expenses can be done under this module.

 

Add Cash

Step 1: Go to Banking à Add Bank or Credit cardsà Add new Account Name: Cash

Step 2: Insert the appropriate information (eg: Opening Balance, Description etc)

 

Cash Transaction

Step 1: Go to Banking  àTransactionsàBanking

Step 2: Select Bank or Credit Card: Cashà Insert appropriate information to record transactionsà Save Changes.

This example will Debit your Office expenses, and Credit Cash.


Transfer Money from Bank (Maybank etc) to Cash (Withdraw)

Step 1: Go to Bankingà TransactionsàBanking

Step 2: Select Bank or Credit Card: MBBà Insert appropriate information to record transactionsà Type: Transferà Selection : Cash à Save Changes.Transfer Money from Bank (Maybank etc) to Cash (Withdraw)
