Kindly follow the below steps:

In Process Journal Entries à key-in the details to record the Accrual Expenses.

After Payment made you must knock off the amount using banking


Step1: Add a Bank or Credit Card account (Maybank/CIMB bank, etc.…)

Step2: Bankingà Transaction àBanking.

Step3: In Banking you can key in all your day to day expenses.
