Easy Time System Setting 

 

        1)     Lateness or under hours are not showing in the attendance report for all the shift. 

  For example, 

è In the previous shift setting, the grace period allowed for late in set as 10 minutes as screenshot below: 

è In the attendance grid windows, the lateness or under will show as below :  



*If the lateness time is in between the grace period allowed, so system will show the lateness as ‘late in (under)’.

*If the lateness time is greater than the grace period allowed, so system will show the lateness as ‘late in’.  



è In the attendance listing by employee report, the below is shown as below:

*If the lateness time is in between the grace period allowed, so system will show the lateness as ‘under’ in the attendance report. 

*If the lateness time is greater than the grace period allowed, so system will show the lateness as ‘late’ in the attendance report.  


However, user has requested to amend the setting of ‘grace period allowed’ from all the shift setting in order to deduct every single minute of their lateness from working hours. 

For example,

è In the current shift setting, the ‘grace period allowed’ has been removed as requested by user on 24/2/2016 over the phone. 

è In the attendance listing by employee report, the below is shown as below:- 

*If there is a lateness, so system will show the lateness as ‘late’ in the attendance report. 

*If there is early out, so system will show the lateness as ‘under’ in the attendance report.  


 

2)     Day Shift allowance setting.  

è Formula of day shift setting has been amended as per requested on 24/2/2016 over the phone. 


Conditions of the day shift allowance: 

è Entitle $6 for day shift allowance. 

è Eligible for shift code: "0700-1630"(with work hours >=500), “0800-1700” (with work hours >= 470), "0800-1730" (with work hours >= 500), “1030-2000”(with work hours >= 500) and no leave taken. 

è Eligible for half day annual leave only.   

How to apply day shift allowance in system:

è Assign day shift allowance to the shift setting.  


3)    Monthly housing allowance setting

 è Formula of monthly housing allowance has been amended as per requested on 24/2/2016 over the phone. 

 

Conditions of monthly housing allowance: 

è Entitle for $120 monthly housing allowance. 

è Eligible for PRC workers. Require to enter $120 for them from employee profile under screen shot below: 


 

è Deduct $5 per day if UL/ABS/Unpaid half day leave. 

è $0 if UL or ABS is greater than 20 days per month. 

 

        4)    Monthly attendance allowance setting

 

è Formula of monthly attendance allowance has been amended as per requested on 24/2/2016 over the phone. 

Conditions of monthly attendance allowance:  

è Entitle for $45 monthly attendance allowance. 

è Entitle if they are under category: Direct, Direct2, Freeze. 

è Entitle if on 1 day sick leave for the month. 

è Not entitle if on UL or ABS for the month. 

 

 5)    Sunday OT rate based on MOM setting

   Entitle OT 2.0 if works on Sunday.

è Minimum OT working hours is >= 60 minutes. 

è Entitle for 0.5 (1 day paid) if OT working hour is more than 1 hours and less than half a day’s work. 

è Entitle for 1 (2 days paid) if OT working hour is more than half a day’s work and up to the full day shift working hours. 

è Entitle for OT1.5 for additional OT hours after the shift working hours. 

è Only entitle for shift code: 0700-1630, 0800-1600, 0800-1700, 0800-1730, 1030-2000, 2130-0700, 2230-0800, Normal.  


 

        6)    PH OT rate based on MOM rule setting 

Entitle if it’s public holidays

è Minimum OT working hours is >= 60 minutes. 

è Entitle for 0.5 (half day paid) if OT working hour is more than 1 hours and less than half a day’s work.

è Entitle for 1 (1 days paid) if OT working hour is more than half a day’s work and up to the full day shift working hours.

è Entitle for OT1.5 for additional OT hours after the shift working hours.

è Only entitle for shift code: 0700-1630, 0800-1600, 0800-1700, 0800-1730, 1030-2000, 2130-0700, 2230-0800, Normal.
