Process to Change Ownership

On the first-time user registered to the Sage One Accounting, the email registered will be set as the ownership email. User can change this ownership email by following the step below:


Step 1: Go to AdministrationàMy Profile à My Profile

Step 2: Change Email àInsert New Email to replace àRequest Email Change

Step 3: Original Owner will get the notification to the email and must confirm the changes before the new email can be used as a new login.

Step 4: New Owner will get the email for the Log In.

Step 5: Log in to the Sage One using new email (click on the Forgot password to reset the new Password)
