Scenario:

The below shows the possibilities why no transaction shown in Attendance Detail module after attendance processing.


Solution:

The possibilities are:

  1. Workgroup is not assigned to each employee in Personnel File Maintenance.
  2. Work Schedule is wrongly assigned / not assigned in Duty Organiser.
  3. Transactions are incomplete (check & print the Incomplete Clocking Report, rectify the record in Exceptional Log module)
  4. Raw data has not been imported into TAS (to check go to [Enquiry > List Terminal Data]).
