Error message “No record to process”

Scenario:

After upgrading from old version (prior to version dated 7 November 2005), message “No record to process” prompted when running Attendance Processing.


Solution:

From version date 7 November 2005 onwards, only badge with the status “Taken” will be processed. In previous versions, no matter what status is the badge, they will be processed. Go to [Maintenance > Personnel Maintenance > Badge], change the Status to “Taken”.
