Linking between HRM, TAS and PAY

Scenario:

The solution below shows the way to do the linking between HRM, TAS and PAY.



Solution:

1.  For user who have newly bought these 3 systems:
     a. After all 3 installation, (in TAS) go to [Housekeeping > Setup > General Setup > Sharing] & tick Integrate with Payroll System.
     b. (In HRM) go to [Housekeeping > Setup > General Setup > Sharing] & tick both Link To Payroll System & Link To Time Attendance System.

2.  For user who is using PAY & newly bought HRMS and TAS:
     a. Before linking, (in PAY) go to [Miscellaneous > UBS HRMS Option > Update Annual Leave Balance] to update the leave for HRMS.
     b. (In TAS) go to [Housekeeping > Setup > General Setup > Sharing] & Tick Integrate with Payroll System.
     c. (In HRMS) go to [Housekeeping > Setup > General Setup > Sharing] & Tick both Link To Payroll System & Link To Time Attendance System (TAS).

3.  For user who is using HRMS & newly bought PAY and TAS:
     a. Before linking, (in HRMS) go to [Housekeeping > Import &Export > UBS Payroll System > Export] to export necessary data to PAY.
     b. (In PAY) go to [Miscellaneous > UBS HRMS Option > Export/Import HRMS Files] to import the data.
     c. (In TAS) go to [Housekeeping > Setup > General Setup > Sharing] & tick Integrate with Payroll System.
     d. (In HRMS) go to [Housekeeping > Setup > General Setup > Sharing] & tick both Link to Payroll System & Link to Time Attendance System (TAS).

4.  For user who is using TAS & newly bought PAY and HRMS:
     a. Before linking, (in TAS) go to [Housekeeping > Import and Export > Export] to export the employee personnel details to PAY.
     b. (In PAY) go to [Miscellaneous > Export/Import Payroll Records] to import the data.
     c. (In TAS) go to [Housekeeping > Setup > General Setup > Sharing] & tick Integrate with Payroll System.
     d. (In HRMS) go to [Housekeeping > Setup > General Setup > Sharing] & tick both Link to Payroll System & Link To Time Attendance System (TAS).

5.  For user who is using HRM & PAY & newly bought TAS:
     a. (in TAS) go to [Housekeeping > Setup > General Setup > Sharing] & tick Integrate with Payroll System.
     b. (In HRMS) go to [Housekeeping > Setup > General Setup > Sharing] & tick Link To Time Attendance System (TAS).

6.  For user who is using HRM & TAS & newly bought PAY:
     a. Un-link HRM & TAS, (in TAS) go to [Housekeeping > Import and Export > Export] to export the employee personnel details to PAY.
     b. (In PAY) go to [Miscellaneous > Export/Import Payroll Records] to import the data.
     c. (In TAS) go to [Housekeeping > Setup > General Setup > Sharing] & tick Integrate with Payroll System.
     d. (In HRMS) go to [Housekeeping > Setup > General Setup > Sharing] & tick both Link To Payroll System & Link To Time Attendance System (TAS).

7.  For user who is using PAY & TAS & newly bought HRM:
     a. (in HRMS) go to [Housekeeping > Setup . General Setup > Sharing] & tick both Link To Payroll System & Link To TAS.
