Scenario:

There are 3 backup options introduced for Single User to meet respective user’s preference.
They are:

  1. Auto backup before exit
  2. Always prompt to ask before exit
  3. Don’t prompt to backup

Note: These backup options are available only for Single User

Solution:

I.  Auto backup before exit

Step 1: Go to [Housekeeping > Setup > General Setup] and click on the Backup tab.

Step 2: Click to select on option 1. Auto backup before exit.

Step 3: Key in the auto backup directory.

Step 4: Click OK to save settings.

With the above settings, the system will automatically perform the backup task each time the user exit from the system. User only needs to click Done to complete the backup task and exit from the system completely.

*** End of backup option: Auto backup before exit ***

II.  Always prompt to ask before exit

Step 1: Go to [Housekeeping > Setup > General Setup] and click on the Backup tab.

Step 2: Click to select on option 2. Always prompt to ask before exit.

Step 3: Key in the auto backup directory.

Step 4: Click OK to save settings.

With the above settings, the system will automatically prompt the dialog box to alert user on taking backup each time the user exit from the system. User has an option to proceed with the backup or ignore the alert.

*** End of Backup option: Always prompt to ask before exit ***

III.  Don’t prompt to backup

Step 1: Go to [Housekeeping > Setup > General Setup] and click on the Backup tab.

Step 2: Click to select on option 3. Don't prompt to backup.

Step 3: Click OK to save settings.

With the above settings, the system will totally ignore the backup. Once user clicks Yes to quit the program, the system will totally exit without any backup being taken and this is highly NOT recommended.

*** End of Backup option: Don’t prompt to backup ***
