Create My Favorite Shortcut

Scenario:

“My Favorite Shortcut” allows user to identify their most frequently used task/function and organize them separately for simple access. It saves time and reduces the hassle of having to click into several levels just to access the screen.


Solution:

Step 1: Start with clicking on “My Favorites” at the left panel of the menu listing.

Step 2: Then click on the create shortcut link for a new set up or click on the customize button for editing an existing set up.

Step 3: Click on Level 5 button to view all features and functions of the menus – refer (1).

Step 4: Select function to be added as shortcut on the left column, “Available Menu” – refer (2).

Step 5: Click  button to transfer selection to right column , “Chosen Menu” – refer (3).

Step 6: Click OK when done – refer (4).

Step 7: My Favorite Shortcuts are successfully created and displayed on the screen, ready for use.
