Overtime rate shows zero amount

Below solution is for the case when user uses 1st half payroll to pay OT and allowances, 2nd half payroll to pay basic salary. In 1st half payroll, user have keyed in basic rate, OT, allowance, and set the working days and DW to 0, but after process pay, the OT rate shows zero amount.


In [Table Maintenance > Payment Table], check OT against Calculate Using Basic Rate Instead of Basic Pay. If it is not checked, Basic Pay will be used to calculate OT rate. Since basic salary is not paid in 1st half payroll, basic pay is zero, so the OT rate is also zero.
