Scenario:

How to setup loan repayment monthly in UBS Payroll system?


Solution:

To automatically deduct the loan repayment monthly, first you must maintain/create the repayment schedule.

  1. Create new deduction code at [Housekeeping > Setup > Tables Maintenance > Deduction Table]
  2. Enter the loan amount at [1st half Payroll/2nd Half Payroll > Add/Update > Loan Deduction Maintenance > Update Loan Records]
  3. At Find, select the employee and click OK
  4. At Loan Maintenance, enter the A/C Number(compulsory), Loan Amount, Date From, Repayment Amount and select the Deduction code by drop down the Ded. No.
  5. Save the changes and click on Generate Repayment Schedule

After you maintained/created the repayment schedule, you have 2 methods to deduct the loan repayment:

Method 1:

  1. Monthly access to [1st Half Payroll/2nd Half Payroll > Add/Update > Load Deduction Maintenance > Update Loan Records]
  2. At Find, click on Update Loan Deduction into Payroll

Method 2:

  1. Access to [Housekeeping > Setup > Tables Maintenance]
  2. At Setup, select Month End Update Table, click OK
  3. At Month End Update Table, tick Update Loan Deduction into Payroll
  4. Click OK

解决方案:

如果要自动扣除员工工资来偿还员工贷款,用户必须首先创建员工偿还时间表。

  1. 创建新的扣除代号[Housekeeping > Setup > Tables Maintenance > Deduction Table]
  2. 输入贷款数目[1st half Payroll/2nd Half Payroll > Add/Update > Loan Deduction Maintenance > Update Loan Records]
  3. Find, 选择员工然后按OK
  4. Loan Maintenance, 输入A/C Number(必须输入),Loan Amount, Date From, Repayment Amount 选择Deduction code Ded. No.下拉式选单
  5. 储存和按Generate Repayment Schedule

当您成功创建员工偿还时间表,您可以使用两种方法来扣除员工工资来偿还员工贷款:

方法1:

  1. 每个月进入[1st Half Payroll/2nd Half Payroll > Add/Update > Load Deduction Maintenance > Update Loan Records]
  2. Find, 按Update Loan Deduction into Payroll

方法2:

  1. 进入[Housekeeping > Setup > Tables Maintenance]
  2. Setup, 选择Month End Update Table, 按OK
  3. Month End Update Table, 勾选Update Loan Deduction into Payroll
  4. OK
